Milano City Suite - Two-Bedroom Apartment near Duomo

We had a wonderful stay at Milano City Suite, made particularly memorable by our exceptional host, Lara. We booked this apartment at extremely short notice after arriving at another property in Milan that was in an unacceptable condition. Suddenly needing alternative accommodation for our family of five, we were incredibly relieved to find Milano City Suite. Lara was absolutely brilliant. Within minutes of booking, she contacted us, reassured us that the apartment was ready and organised everything necessary for us to access it immediately. Her clear instructions, photographs and video made the process remarkably straightforward. The apartment itself was very good. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious enough for our family, with a fantastic central location that made exploring Milan incredibly easy. The Duomo, shops, restaurants and many of the city's attractions were within comfortable walking distance. What really made this stay special was Lara's hospitality. She was warm, attentive and exceptionally responsive, helping us with the apartment's facilities and even rearranging the cleaning schedule to accommodate a later checkout. After a very disappointing experience elsewhere, it was wonderful to encounter a host who genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A very good apartment in a fantastic location, made exceptional by an outstanding host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Very little to complain about. The air-conditioning controls were initially a little confusing, although Lara was extremely responsive and helped us get everything working properly. Any concerns were minor considerations rather than significant shortcomings, and didn't detracted meaningfully from our stay.
