1. Lokalizacja - tuż przy plaży, blisko do marketu, blisko do świetnej pizzerii, 15 minut spacerkiem do starówki 2. Miejsce parkingowe na posesji. 3. Mieszkanie czyste. 4. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania i wymeldowania.
1. Materac w sofie mocno zużyty - bardzo niewygodne spanie. Przy pobycie dla dwojga ok - główne łóżko w sypialni bez zarzutu, dla czworga nie polecamy. 2. Kuchnia bez podstaw - sól, cukier itp., brak suszarki do naczyń, ścierki kuchennej, płynu do mycia i zmywaka (te dwa ostatnie powinny być wg gospodarzy, ekipa sprzątająca zapomniała zostawić). 3. Brak klimatyzacji - jest wentylator, ale b. głośny i niewydajny. 4. W mieszkaniu nie zapewniono wystarczającej liczby kubłów na śmieci i worków na śmieci (wymagana segregacja).
