Stunning A C flat –1BDR 4P– Saint-Germain-des-Prés

The location is unbeatable! right in the middle of Saint Germain . 1st floor apartment is brand new. Very cozy and super quiet as it is facing lovely courtyard, blocking all the outside noise. We felt secure and safe . . Cafes and restaurants right outside the building. Convenient taxi from off right in from of the gate, no walking required. It even has washing a machine if needed and 2 separate showers. AC lowers to 16 C only. It was sufficient but may be not for everyone :)

We loved most everything but a little suggestion: The decor is very modern and tasteful! but because we were a family with 2 teenagers , we had to keep the sofa bed open for them to sleep. We had to move a heavy magazine table towards the dining table which made things very tight and hard for them to open suitcases. May be put a smaller table that will be easier to move and smaller dining table/chairs it will be more practical . Any family of 2 will not have that issue. Also, the check in is at 4 p.m. check our 10 a.m. ( no place to leave suitcases) This can be important for some guests. Also, as a heads up , the toilet is only in the main room where folding couch is ( Main bedroom only has shower and sink)
