Quite located in the suburbs, with easy car access. Additionally, the fridge was very welcome in the hot weather, and the living room downstairs was well-appointed. It was easy to find,

The advertised "air conditioning" was a set of stand-up fans that did not cope in the hot weather. The noise from the carbon dioxide detector next to the boiler, constantly beeping, was annoying. Never got the WiFi working as the password stuck to it did not match the set password. The pull-out bed seems to have some broken springs. Bedrooms could have benefited from hanging space/ bedside tables, and the base of the master bed appears to be assembled incorrectly; hopefully it is still structurally safe. The bath was slow to drain, filling with water during a shower; this needs snaking, or some drain unblocker put down it before it becomes a serious problem. The bathroom could have benefited from toilet paper, soap, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The rear door to the utility room appears to be broken, possibly explaining the smell of mildew; hopefully this has not affected the cot that is stored there. Apart from the lack of air conditioning (and possible boiler repair), all of these are easy things to fix.
