We booked our stay as we were going to an athletics event at Alexander Stadium. The house was a short drive away so the perfect location for us. The house had everything we needed, and more. The fans in every room was a really nice touch! Tea, coffee and toiletries were provided with Aldi a short walk away for anything else we needed. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. It really was a 'home from home' stay. The host was amazing, very attentive and gave some fantastic eating out recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Was just a short stay the property was nicely presented and was clean just as we like it , everything that you would need was provided.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking there was no direct access to be able to park on the drive way.

Exceptional house. Modern and cosy!

Very clean, modern, very late check in. The apartment manager contacted us before to make sure what time we were coming to ensure the house was heated and ready for us. It was fully furnitured with modern furniture. The little things were amazing, wifi, shower gel, teabags, washing up powder etc.

The property was a great size for the 5 of us staying with 4 doubled beds. The dining room chairs were very comfortable, and we loved the shower. We were also glad there was a toilet downstairs.

The parking was a bit odd, as it wasn't on the driveway but on the side of the road. There also wasn't quite enough cutlery.

Good value for money for a quiet home from home for the weekend.

Location perfect for a visit to the NEC. 20 min drive from house. House is down a quiet road which made a getting a good night sleep easy. Beds weren't too soft and the house had everything you could need for a home from home for the weekend. Value for money very good and Joe the host was very good at communicating and making sure you had everything you need.

The house isn't perfect but for the cost of stay, I think this is not a negative. Don't have anything to complain about with this property.

This place was more than what we expected it was clean and well equipped to our needs

I stayed at Joes place over a weekend, we had a late check in but he made sure he was there at our time of arrival to check us in and show us around. The place was absolutely amazing, the rooms were so spacious and comfy beds. Very clean place we felt so good to stay in and didn’t want to leave. There was a lot of kitchen facilities. For the price we paid this place is more than the price, it was so immaculate. Will definitely be staying there again in the future. Joe was a great host who made sure we was okay during the whole stay and checked up on us. Will definitely recommend
