very clean, comfortable. felt like a home from home. the stairs were a slight worry with a toddler but actually wasn't an issue because there was a door at the bottom. lovely host, always tendered to anything we needed

downside theres no direct parking, but wasn't really an issue because sophie gave accurate places to park not far away at all

Excellent property, ideal for a trip to Sutton Coldfield.

It was ideal for my stay, excellent location for Town Centre facilities. House was comfortable with all necessary amenities.

Shower was a little temperamental to use, but I also live in an old property so am quite comfortable with the quirks and vagaries this can bring!

Great location. Overall we were happy and really liked the easy access to the high street,

Nice touches with the butter, milk and jam. House nice and clean.

There was only half a toilet roll left in the property when we arrived. The situation regarding the bin spoilt our arrival really. Perhaps whoever is checking the property could inspect the state of the bins before changeover. Cigarette butts left around the bench in the garden. No bread knife.

The location it is a SCAM

SCAM !!!!!! Please see the pictures. Ground floor carpet is very badly worn and full of dirt stains. The smell is really cousing vomiting. You actually can't breathe at he groundfloor neither anywere inthe house. Guys please read this. There is not positive to this property. The fridge has some old liquid in it and is very smelly. The pillows are also smelly. The toilet is not clean at all. Old urine on it. The perfume block for the toilet rim is empty. The windows on the master bedroom is not closing tight, there is a lot of noise from the street. The house itself is like abandoned house.

Homely feel, a nice place to stay.

Homely. Nicely decorated. Not pristine, a decent home, like my own. Plenty of thoughtful touches, such as butter and jam and other little bits and bobs for our convenience. Close to rail links and easy to get to.

Parking situation is ok, but I'm sure no better or worse than many other central locations.

Great little house in a good area for transport, shopping and leisure.

As described in advert, great we house to accommodate basic overnight needs.

Stairs up to bedrooms steep and narrow so anyone with mobility issues would struggle.

Good place for a few nights

Good location, close to many shops and not far from the city centre. Great communication with the host that is very friendly and helpfu, and gave some suggestions where we could park the carl. The house has nearly everything that you will need for your stay. Rooms are spacious.

The kitchen needs a good deep clean, the oven smokes when you use it, and the place just needs a good cleaning. Some of the kitchen units are falling apart and are fixed with pieces of timber. There were some cobwebs in the ceiling too. So cleaning is a main complaint here. Also, the stairs for the first floor are really steep, and small kids or elderly people will struggle to go up and down. Also, on the bedrooms there's no wardrobes or anything for you to hang your clothes.

Overall happy with the place.

It was ideal for a family with a small child. Perfect location for what we needed.

The only bad thing I can say is that it didn't have a freezer to store ice or frozen food in general. but thankfully aldi was just around the corner so was able to stock up when needed.

Would thoroughly recommend

Great location, not far from Drayton Manor where we'd spent the day. Communication was excellent and access was through a key safe which I was sent the code for. The owners really thought about little touches such as having milk available for tea/coffee and other complimentary items which came in handy. The space was lovely, clean and welcoming and the beds were super comfy.

Unfortunately as it's near a main road it can be noisy (especially with emergency services sirens!) and there is a street light directly outside the main bedroom window. So earplugs/ sleep masks are needed if a light sleeper! Unavoidable though and didn't affect our enjoyment of the place - the back bedroom has multiple beds and is very quiet and so there are lots of options on where to sleep.
