The Trunk House

We really enjoyed our stay at The Trunk House. The accommodation itself is brand new, and everything is very clean and modern. The owner is incredibly kind and literally does everything to make you feel comfortable.The breakfast is also excellent. It includes fresh smoothies and more than enough freshly made food. He even adjusts the menu based on your preferences. The property itself is about an 8-minute drive from Ella town. We had our own tuk-tuk, so for us this was not a problem, but if you do not have your own transport it may be a bit far away. Thank you for this amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. The room was stylish, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with many lovely details, such as incense being lit in the evening. The Wi-Fi was also very good, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The terrace surrounded by greenery was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to relax. The location is also excellent, as it is just outside Ella, away from the noise and bustle of the town in the evening. The breakfast was large, delicious, and freshly prepared. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and always made sure that everything was okay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is slightly outside Ella, surrounded by beautiful nature and incredibly peaceful, while still being very close to the town centre — just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride away. The room was spacious, large, spotless, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to every little detail. You really feel taken care of throughout your stay. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend The Trunk House to anyone visiting Ella. Highly recommended!
