The room’s design is top notch, I would do the same at my home. The bed was comfortable, with views of the jungle. The room was spacious for 3 pieces of luggage. The restaurant was Excellent to say the least! The Chef catered to our dietary needs, and he was very responsive to all of our needs in general. Shasha, the restaurant manager was also a lovely person that helped with suggestions & an overall good vibe. These two people made our stay even more pleasant.
Due to the rainy season, a spot of the room was damp and needed further attention. Also, there’s a need for plumping maintenance. The hot water was available but could be off due to a mechanical error. The personnel assisted us with this moments after reporting it.

Luxe schone kamer, met alles wat je nodig hebt; koelkast, kluis, smart tv. Mooie badkamer met warm water douche.
Restaurant dat bij de kamer hoort bied een heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt en lekkere lunch/diner gerechten! Verblijf ligt dicht bij start wandelroutes zoals Little Adam’s Peak en the Nine Arch Bridge.

ShaSha the Manager was exceptional, from the moment we arrived she told us what we needed to do, tried to get us on a train ride the following morning (sadly it was booked out), but rang the station to see what time the train went past the 9 Arches Bridge in the afternoon so we walked down to see it. The rooms were excellent with everything that you wo9uld need, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also excellent.
Unfortunately we had to cancel 1 night because of a medical problem, they still charged us which I was disappointed about given this was out of our control. They kept saying that it was a Booking.com issue but they could have just charged us for 1 night as nothing had been paid till we got there. That was disappointing.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del acceso a los puntos de interés y del centro, pero apartada del bullicio. Desayunos y cenas riquísimos y variados. La atención del personal no podía ser mejor.
