Kitchen:
- Granite countertops, stainless appliances - including oven, stove, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are also plenty of cabinets, plus garbage disposal, a blender for your frozen cocktails, a regular drip coffee machine, and toaster. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area:
- Circular glass top dining table that seats 4. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for two additional people.

Condo Building Amenities:
- Deck loungers, tiki huts, 2 showers to wash off beach sand (bodies and toys)
- Beach loungers are run by a separate company that rents on a daily/weekly basis

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: One designated parking spot. There are also visitor spots which are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

Johns Pass and Boardwalk which features over 100 retail shops, sweet shops, and restaurants as well as watersport rentals is just a short 10-minute walk from this condo. Make sure and swing across the street to visit the world-famous "Candy Kitchen" to satisfy your sweet tooth. The surrounding area has plenty of offerings for the entire family, from nature parks, golf courses, walking trails, aquariums, a variety of museums, botanical gardens, shopping malls, outlet malls, and theme parks just to name a few.
