This is a wonderful property . Super close to johns pass and beach access. This was a girls weekend trip and they're already asking when we'll return here. The hot tub is huge. Great gathering spaces. Owner was very responsive (locks always get me. Had issue locking upstairs lock..a me problem). Only 1 issue was 1st floor shower didnt get hot but there are 2 other showers so not really a problem. I recommend this property. Great for friends and family gatherings.

Location of house was key. But the ground unit needs a total overhaul. Knowing that it was flooded with sewer and sea water and nothing had been replaced was disappointing. The floors are in bad shape, the wood kitchen cabinets are in bad shape and the entire house smells musty and moldy.
