The location and view are phenomenal. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and much more. like beach towels, beach chairs, salt n pepper, coffee filters, plenty of silverware and dishes. Just perfect. We want to go back every year.
The check-in time is unreasonable. Most hotels do 2-3, 4 is very late. Check-out is also unreasonable. Most hotels do 11am. You have to get up so early to get the place up to standard and get out. Not a fun way to end your stay.

The location
The Ac wasn’t cooling off and the sink does not drain right away.
Also the third bedroom that has a bunk bed wasn’t ideal for our group. Most of us are seniors with disability.
Lastly, they give out two parking passes only. We had three cars

beautiful room. lovely views of the ocean. clean and spacious. amazing room for the cost. would definitely go again ! laundry rooms available for pay. pool and hot tub very nice and clean. on site maintenance man there daily was very friendly and made the stay a little more pleasant:)
wish there was a washer and dryer in the room.
