About this apartment rental
Please Read***Our Beach House is great for families & those young at heart. We have 3 separate units in a triplex for you to choose from. We are just across the street from the beach (324 feet to be exact!) Rent 1 unit or ALL 3 for a special event and sleep up to 22 people! Pets welcome with pet fee and approval.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No weight restriction on pet but aggressive breeds not permitted. Pet must be leashed at all times when outside the apartment. Small gatherings of 12 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Unit 1 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with nearly 2000sqft of space that sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has full over full bunk beds, third bedroom has a full size bed, fourth bedroom has a king size bed.
We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay as well as an outdoor electric grill.
A high chair and pack and play are also available upon request.

Traveled with our 5 kids and grandson. Lots of space for everyone to hangout together inside and on the large deck. Great beach access and close to John's Pass. Host was very friendly and check in process was easy.

Great experience for my daughter and her friends spring break. Location is great as you are across the street from the beach and less than a 10 min walk to John’s Pass. The unit is very spacious and the host’s were great.

The place was great! Close to beach, restaurants & shopping. Offered several amenities. Loved the porch area & seating.Only complaints would be lighting in the master bathroom. It was pretty dark. Would have loved to have a regular coffee pot for 5 of us. The place was clean accept the floors could have been mopped better.. Otherwise it was awesome!

Shelley and Chad were very responsive. Very easy to work with. The condo was perfect for us EXCEPT there are not nearly enough mirrors in this place. It was hard for 8 of us (4 girls) to get ready to go out!! Very minor issue for sure! We loved the deck and the location. If you stay here, please make sure you visit Lisa’s next door for breakfast!!!! She is a gem and the food was the best! If we come back to Mad Beach, I hope Shelley and Chad will have us back! Also, one last thing—if you are staying in the apartments above unit 1—please control your children. They sound like a herd of elephants running around from below. 😂
