Our stay was great. Spacious condo, terrace was great for evenings. We saw manatees and dolphins in the inlet. Definitely would stay here again

Overall the property was ok. Location was perfect and the people we met at the property were all very nice. Loved the fishing poles that were available. and the size was great. Plenty of equipment for the beach which was very nice.
Things we did not like was that half of the condo was without AC. Making it uncomfortable to sleep and hangout in. We called the property manager and emailed but didnt get a response until it was time to leave. The Elevator was down due to the botton being broke on the floor so that was not a fun hike up to the 5th floor.
Cooking was not the best as the pots an pans are not the best and things were getting burnt even on low temps.
The floor was dirty, I took my shoes off and within 20 minutes the bottom of my feet were black.
Upon leaving we stayed an helped the cleaning lady get the place cleaned up and took all our trash and stripped our beds. She was very very nice to us and allowed us to walk across the street to the beach to take pictures before we loaded our car.
The views from every angle was AMAZING. If I forgot to mention that!
But the AC deff needs fixed and maybe a new unit installed so that the guest are not restricted to your rule of the temps being set at only 72 and it being monitored by the property manager online. I was nervous to crank it down even though half of the house was not working due to the WARNING notes about being charged for the unit if it froze up. But it seems to me that i am not the first to have issues with the AC.
O and before I forget having a set of bunk bed in the master bedroom is deff not a great set up leaving mom and dad with no privacy while on vacation.
