Sienna Grobla 8 Street | 35 m² | Nadmotławie Estate 190 is an excellent choice for a family stay or a romantic getaway. The 36 m² apartment is designed to accommodate up to four adults.
The Space:
In the stylish living room you will find a sofa bed and a large TV. The stylish bedroom has a large double bed and a capacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a longer stay. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower.
Additional space is a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.
Guest Access:
A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky viewing wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace was created on the premises. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a free gym and a sauna for 10zl/h.

Please note that renovation and construction works are taking place in and around the property and some rooms may experience some noise. We apologize for inconveniences.
