Sienna Grobla 8 Street | 41 m² | Nadmotławie Estate 161 is an excellent choice for a family stay or a romantic getaway. The 42 m² apartment is designed to accommodate up to four adults.
The Space:
In the pleasant living room there is a fold-out sofa with sleeping function and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The pleasant bedroom has a large double bed. There was, of course, a bathroom with a toilet and a comfortable shower.
An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony - an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.
Guest Access:
A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets.

Please note that renovation and construction works are taking place in and around the property and some rooms may experience some noise. We apologize for inconveniences.
