The living room, thanks to the fold-out sofa, will be perfect for an evening movie screening. The TV is supplemented with a full package of channels. In the well-equipped kitchen you can use the oven, there will also be a place to eat a meal at a four-seater table. The stylish bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed and a capacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The balcony will be the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or evening drink.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Nadmotławie Estate 277 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
