The Space:
The living room is equipped with a double bed, a comfortable convertible single sofa bed and a TV with SMART function. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. Of course, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine
Guest Access:
The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Nadmotłwie B17B apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.
