Sienna Grobla 6D Street | 27 m² | This 28-square-meter apartment is the perfect base for a couple who appreciates comfort and a pleasant, well-organized space conducive to relaxation. It is suitable for up to three adults.
The Space:
This comfortable studio offers a comfortable double bed opposite a TV with cable channels, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows provide ample lighting and views of the surrounding area. A bed hidden in a dresser beneath the TV provides additional sleeping space.
A private balcony with a set of chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or relax in the evening watching the sunset.
The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have access to a hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. It's the perfect place to prepare meals in comfort. For your convenience, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
Just next to the sleeping area is a comfortable table with chairs, perfect for shared meals or working on a laptop.
The stylish bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, ensuring comfort for both short and long stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day.

The Neighborhood:
The Nadmotławie development boasts a unique location on the New Motława River, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk's Old Town and its major attractions, such as the Long Market, Neptune's Fountain, and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity are a marina, a promenade, the Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre are about a 15-minute walk away. Brzeźno Beach is about a 20-minute drive or tram ride away, and other seaside districts, such as Jelitkowo and Stogi, are equally accessible. This is an ideal location for those who value proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
Getting Around:
Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
