About this villa rental
With its large elegant volumes, its chic decoration and its terrace suitable for relaxation and swimming, this quiet villa has everything to offer a most pleasant stay.
Located 10 minutes from quality shops and restaurants, the forest, the city center, the Caillebotte park, the train station, the main highways. Detached housing without terrace, garden all around.
2 levels of 200m², living room of 60m², bright kitchen, separate toilet. A guest bedroom (double bed and single bed) with bathroom adjoining the first floor. Upstairs, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and bath, a master suite with dressing room and shower and toilet, and a bedroom of 36m² with a bed of 200x200cm.
The 50m² terrace with plancha and swimming pool and the garden are accessible on the same level by the living room.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area and in the immediate vicinity of the neighbors. Too noisy parties and receptions are therefore prohibited.
A deposit of 2000€ is required when the keys are handed over. This will be returned in full when you leave, unless:
- we receive complaints from neighbours
- the police are called for a disturbance
- the house has been damaged.
We provide guests with sheets and duvets, 8 hand towels, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and basic condiments for cooking.
