About this villa rental

Our capacity is limited to 16 people during the day and in the evening. If there are more of you, we invite you to opt for another accommodation.
The villa has a living room of 90m² with great comfort.
You will have access to our fully equipped open kitchen.
A large single table is on the terrace in front of the kitchen.
On the first floor a bedroom with sanitary facilities is provided.
The master suite on the 1st floor is equipped with a double bed, a private loggia and sanitary facilities.
Two other bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal.
A 30m² terrace and a large bathroom with bathtub are near these rooms.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have individual furnishings and décor.
A baby cot, an electric swing and baby chair are also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine (with capsules), kettle, blender, ice maker, oven, microwave etc.
The barbecue is in the garden with a coffee table, garden sofa and two armchairs.
You can cast your YouTube or other apps to a large 260cm wide screen in the living room with Dolby Atmos sound.
It is strictly forbidden to bring speakers (the speakers installed are already powerful).
You have access to Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
To guarantee the comfort and well-being of all, our house has a limited capacity of 10 people: 3 double beds, two single beds in one room, a sofa bed in the living room as well as a baby cot for the little ones.
For events, family dinners, seminars, bachelorette parties, Baby Showers, contact your host to specify the details, number of people etc.
The house with its exteriors is limited to a maximum of 16 people during the day and in the evening, including service providers.
Please let us know the maximum number of guests in your message.
An additional fee will be charged to cover additional costs associated with a group of more than 10 people.
Our priority is to ensure that every stay in our villa is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for each of our guests.
For filming, photo shoots, start-up presentations, interviews etc. Also to be specified by message before booking.
For this type of events, the villa can be rented for the day and/or evening with additional conditions.

A security deposit and additional contract is required depending on the requests and the number of people.
For rentals of more than a week or systematic filming, rates can be negotiated.
