About this house rental
My architect's house is built on three floors, with a large garden, a very bright triple living room (bay windows), 2 terraces, 5 spacious bedrooms, 1 parking. It is located in the city center in a quiet area, close to RER and metro transport, and can accommodate from 8 people to 10 people!
- On the first floor, the space is open to a triple living room (entrance, bathroom with WC, dining room, kitchen, double living room with a grand piano, a bedroom-office, a terrace overlooking the garden through bay windows and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with all utensils, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins, dishwasher, a large extendable table for 12 people.
- On the 1st floor, you have three bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite opening onto a winter veranda and overlooking the garden (bay windows). There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (fully equipped, hairdryer, towels, etc). We provide sheets.
- On the garden level, you have a two-room studio (bay windows): a bedroom with a double bed and a living room that opens directly onto the garden. The living room can be used as an additional bedroom. There is also a laundry room with washing machine in another room.
The house will only be inhabited by you! It is located in the center of Alfortville at the gates of Paris near the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for walks.
The house is two RER stations from the centre of Paris (châtelet).
We welcome pets.
You can use the terrace and garden for outdoor dining and barbecues. There is no opposite.
You are a hundred meters from shops, tobacconist, market, shops, bakery, etc.
