About this house rental
Welcome to our house, where we live with our 2 children. You can enjoy a garden in the city center, close to transport and shops.
Family house with garden 500m², wooden terrace: table, chairs, armchairs, gas plancha and charcoal barbecue; trampoline, table tennis, possibility to access the jacuzzi at the request.
First floor: kitchen open to living room and WC. The living room is equipped with: oven, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, hob.
Upstairs: master bedroom, shower and sink; bedroom with double sofa bed; bedroom with 1 single bed and single mattress on the floor; toilet and bathroom with bathtub. Basement: bedroom with double sofa bed; shower, toilet; laundry room.
The house is suitable for young children with safety barriers in the stairs.
Baby/child equipment available: high chair, travel cot, bathtub, toys...

Travelers have the whole house. At the bottom of the garden we have a studio that can be occupied by the owner or his family.
Close to shops and transport, 15 min walk from the RER An and Bus 114 5min, 4 stops from Paris Gare de Lyon and 7 stops from Dysneyland. Possibility to park for free on weekends in the parking lot next to the Neuilly-Plaisance station. We are about 25 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport and 35 minutes from Orly depending on road traffic.
Please note that parties and events are prohibited. Quiet area, please respect quiet hours.
Pets are welcome.
The accommodation has these basic amenities: toilet paper, hand and body soap, towel and pillow per traveler, bed linen.
