New studio of 25 m², located in a residential area, in a quiet and practical environment. Ideal for a couple.

• Very high-speed Wi-Fi
• 108 cm smart TV (come with your codes)
• Possibility to charge your car, bike or electric scooter (for an additional fee)
• Close to shops: 100 m, mini-market, restaurant (lunch only, Monday to Friday, reservation recommended) pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery (closed on Sundays, another 300m away)
• Hypermarket at 1.3 km, drive (2 min by car, 20 min on foot.)
