It is a very good and convenient apartament,well situated , very close to Cathédral and old city centre, amazing design, big bedrooms ,one with en suite big shower and bathroom sink .delightful living room in open space with the kitchen, lot of dépositing space ,full fitted kitchen, we had an amazing stay . Avevamo prenotato un soggiorno di due notti presso questo appartamento, ma siamo scappati dopo aver passato la prima notte insonne a causa del terribile fumo e odore di kebab e fritto proveniente dal negozio sottostante. Purtroppo quando abbiamo prenotato non c'era ancora nessuna recensione, altrimenti non avremmo mai scelto questo appartamento! La casa di per sè è accettabile, anche se in molti punti è davvero trascurata...ma il vero problema è la puzza che si attacca ai vestiti e che si sente soprattutto nel vano scale e in camera da letto. Insopportabile, fa venire la nausea! Abbiamo anche cercato di dormire sul divano in salotto, ma anche lì è stato impossibile. Inoltre, la comunicazione con la signora incaricata di darci le informazioni via whatsapp è stata pessima! Era sgarbata e sempre scocciata, ho tutti gli screenshot che lo dimostrano. Sembrava infastidita dalle mie richieste di informazioni e non parlava inglese. Quando la chiamavo non rispondeva. Ho dovuto chiederle io le indicazioni per entrare nell'appartamento, davvero inaccettabile. Un disastro! Abbiamo chiesto tramite Booking il rimborso della seconda notte (non passata nella struttura) ma l'Agenzia che si occupa della gestione dell'appartamento non ha nemmeno risposto...esperienza terribile, non scegliete quest'appartamento!

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, propre, grand et confortable

Les odeurs de mauvaise friture provenant du "boui boui" -restau au rez-de-chaussée remontent dans l'appartement, et plus particulièrement les chambres au point que les 2 occupants de la petite chambre ont dormi dans le séjour. Nos vêtements sentent le graillon. De plus, le personnel du restaurant manipule les poubelles de façon peu discrète après minuit. Dommage, le propriétaire n'est pas responsable, mais le rapport qualité prix est surévalué
