Le lit qui fait une cuvette ( sommeil difficile) la table à manger non fonctionnelle ( la rallonge est cassee et table trop petire pour 3...galére et dangereux) enfin pare douche quu ne se ferme pas completement...eau partout.

Idéal pour 2 personnes

Emplacement idéal, 10 minutes (à pied) du centre ville. Idéal pour deux personnes, il est trop petit pour 4 (il n'y a même pas 4 chaises dans l'appartement, il y en a juste trois). La chambre a coucher est top, le lit est confortable, mais le canapé lit du séjour est très inconfortable. Si on ouvre le canapé lit, il ne reste plus de place dans le séjour.

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut demander une caution de 300 euros si on ne fait pas un état des lieux, étant donné que l'on ne rencontre personne lors de notre arrivée. Cela dit, lors de notre arrivée, il faudrait signaler tous les problèmes rencontrés. Sauf qu'il y en a beaucoup, il y a de grosses taches blanches sur le canapé-lit, 3 des 4 clous de la table pliante sont cassés (du coup, la table est soit petite pour 4 personnes soit inutilisable), le volet tombe tout seul lorsqu'on essaie de le fermer etc. Il faut dire que les photos sont plus belles que l'appartement lui-meme...

La struttura non rispecchia quanto riportato nella maggior parte delle recensioni (leggendole attentamente alcune rispecchiano la nostra esperienza). Alloggio al secondo piano con ripide scale, senza ascensore. Dimensioni piccolissime per una famiglia di 4 persone, divano letto per i bambini non fatto all'arrivo, ma impossibile aprirlo e riuscirsi a muovere all'interno della stanza. Tavolo da cucina con solo 2 sedie ( e noi eravamo in 4).Bagno di infime dimensioni (non ci si riusciva a muovere) Pulizia pessima: lavatrice con oggetti all'interno della guarnizione (sporca), divano letto una volta aperto mostrava coprimaterasso sporco e con capelli e peli, così come erano macchiati sia il piumone del divano letto sia il coprimaterasso del letto matrimoniale. Non abbiamo mai dormito e abbiamo prenotato in corner in un'altra struttura. Inoltre i 300 euro chiesti come cauzione, nonostante i ripetuti solleciti, non ci sono mai stati restituiti. L'host si è detto meravigliato di ciò che dicevamo dicendo di avere foto a prova della pulizia (ma esiste photoshop) e minacciando di denunciarci a booking a fronte di una prima recensione pessima che abbiamo inizialmente tolto per rivolgerci a booking stesso. Un encomio a booking per l'assistenza. Booking ci ha consigliato di scrivere nuovamente la nostra recensione per evitare che altre persone si trovino nella nostra situazione.

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und war sauber.

Die Matratze haben wir als unbequem empfunden, die Küche war nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und das Internet funktionierte nicht. Wir konnten uns zwar anmelden, doch gab es kein Netz. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir uns aber auch nicht weiter darum gekümmert. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Kreditkarte mehrere Tage mit 300 Euro als Kaution belastet wurde und die Kommunikation etwas seltsam war.
