Stinky, dirty, and with spiders in the bathroom, so we left immediately. A nightmare!

There was no breakfast!

The apartment was up three narrow flights through a filthy hallway that smelled of gas. It was dirty throughout, with spiders crawling across the bathroom floor. A gross and frightening experience.

The entrance and stairs to the apartment. Absolutely horrible! The stairs smell horrible because they have a major humidity problem. There are black marks of mold all over. Had to cover my nose every time I went in and out of the building. Truly awful.

Nice apartment to explore Quimper

It is very well located near the city center. The apartment is very well equiped, the bed is confortable, the bathroom is spacious and the garden is a must. The apartment is great for two persons that want to explore the city. Nearby, there are a grocery and lots of places to eat and have a drink.

The garden would deserve some investment to clean the barbecue area. Some placemats would also be appreciated.

Location and apartment itself OK but in a very run down building !

Location was fine and the apartment itself was ok.

The corridors and stairs up to the apartment were pretty off-putting.Damp with plaster coming off the walls and automatic lights going off and leaving you stranded half way up the stairs ! Fixtures and fittings in the apartment were adequate but no drying up clothes for the crockery etc.

Studioleiligheten er helt ok hva plassering og innredning angår. Den lille hagen gjør mye, og det er stille og rolig. Grei nok dobbeltseng, rent sengetøy, bra bad, ok utstyrt kjøkken. Noen få kommentarer som ikke har vesentlig negativ betydning er tatt med utleier direkte.

Utleier kan ha et potensiale for av og til å sjekke leilighetens tilstand. Et par lyspærer virket ikke, isboksen i det ellers rene og pene kjøleskapet burde av-ises. OG: de bør gjøre oppmerksom på trappen opp! Disse tingene er også tatt opp med utleier direkte.

Logement propre et fonctionnel.La localisation est idéale pour visiter Quimper.Environement calme malgré la proximité des commerces alentour. Parking à proximité.

La vétusté du couloir pour arriver au logement , La petite terrasse est très agréable mais pourrait l'être encore plus ...la clôture en bois mériterait un rafraîchissement...

le jardin, même si pas entretenu, offre une bulle de calme la pièce principale donnant sur le jardin on dort au calme

War sehr nett, gute Basis für Unternehmungen ringsum.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Innenstadt fußläufig in Minuten zu erreichen. Der Manager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann sich immer an ihn wenden.

Ideale Lage, schöner Garten, sehr ruhig

Ideale Lage, 10 Fußminuten zum Bahnhof, 3 Fußminuten in die Altstadt oder 5 nach Locmaria. Ausrichtung der Wohnung ist nach hinten zum Garten, also von der Straße abgewandt, welche dadurch praktisch nicht mehr zu hören ist. Insbesondere der Garten ist klasse. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie beschrieben und man kann sich wohl fühlen.

Mir waren Bett und Bettdecke etwas zu kurz (ich bin 180cm groß). Weiterhin fehlt eine Teekanne, die es erlauben würde, mehr als eine Einzeltasse zuzubereiten. Auch ein separates Händehandtuch im Bad (zusätzlich zu den Duschtüchern) wäre nett gewesen. Erst mal etwas erschreckend ist der Hauseingang und das Treppenhaus. Davon darf man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen, die Wohnung ist, wie geschrieben, angenehm.

Un séjour gâché.

Quimper vaut le détour !

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre des logements proposés par Booking mais par respect pour les futurs voyageurs, je tiens honnêtement (en retenant ma colère, car notre séjour a été complètement gâché) à signaler les défaillances suivantes : 1. L'accès à l'appartement est mal aisé, des escaliers irréguliers sont malaisés pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Un couloir malodorant, humide sentant le salpêtre et empestant le tabac mène au gîte situé au deuxième étage. 2. La surprise de découvrir un joli cocon est de courte durée. L'endroit est sale et mal entretenu. Le tour de toutes les huisseries est couvert de moisissure ainsi les interstices des lames de parquet, ainsi les tuyauteries apparentes de la salle de bain. Le filtre de la hotte est souillé de graisse qui pend en fins filaments. Un odeur de graisse stagne dans la pièce. 3. La cuve du réservoir est fendue à plusieurs endroits nous oblige par prudence à couper l'eau à chaque sortie de peur de retrouver le logement inondé. 4. L'installation électrique est à revoir, les appareils électriques sont raccordés à quelques multiprises. Quelques prises murales ne fonctionnent plus. Le corps du sèche-cheveux est fondu. Le coffre du tableau électrique est une curiosité qui, à elle seule, vaut le détour. 5. La literie est vieillissante et inconfortable. 6. L'extérieur est dans un état déplorable, des blocs de rochers obstruent les escaliers, la clôture de séparation est complètement délabrée. 7. Le message d'accueil de la conciergerie, très maladroit, se voulant humoristique certainement (vu les smileys qui ponctuent chaque avertissement) donne le ton mais il sera trop tard. 8. Et si à l'occasion, vous vous aventurez à faire une remarque, on vous répondra comme dans la chanson de Ray Ventura, Tout va très bien Madame la Marquise, tout va très bien ... Nous répondrons qu'on ne nous y reprendra plus.

Appartement calme, bien placé et bien aménagé.

Appartement bien aménagé. Calme. Bien placé près du centre ville. Stationnement aisé dans la rue. Dialogue rapide avec l’hôte des lieux.

Le couloir d'accès n'est pas engageant et est assez étroit, l'humidité ambiante est très marquée. Il aurait besoin d'être restauré. L'alaise du matelas est tachée. ampoules grillées dans la salle de bain. Ne prenez pas cela comme une critique négative mais plutôt comme un encouragement à améliorer l'ensemble.
