Appartement Quimper Centre ville avec Parking

Hübsche moderne und saubere Wohnung in Quimper. Zugang ausschließlich über PIN. Gut zu wissen: Vorab hatten wir keine Informationen erhalten über den Zugang und mussten anrufen. Es war nur ein AB geschaltet. Nach ein paar Minuten kam ein wirklich freundlicher Rückruf von einer zentralen Hausverwaltung. Die Kommunikation setzt natürlich angemessene Französischkenntnissen voraus. Dann erhielten wir Informationen mit Fotos über WhatsApp. Prozedur: Gittertor zur Straße mit PIN öffnen, mit Auto einfahren, Schlüsselbox am Parkplatz öffnen und mit Schlüssel Sperre entfernen. An dem Schlüssel ist ein Chip, damit kommt man ins Haus. Vor der Wohnung ist eine zweite Schlüsselbox für den Wohnungsschlüssel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schon sehr beengt im Hinterhof. Letztlich verlief alles gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Communication with agents VERY poor , entry codes not supplied as promised, no reply to phone or text messages on Booking.com app. Finally after contacting Booking.com we received entry details some hours late. No explanation or apology, very poor customer relations. Outside and entry of building untidy and run-down. Stair carpet worn out. Apartment only satisfactory, we expected better
