El apartamento está limpio y bien situado.
Todo el acceso desde el portal y las escaleras, que son muchas y complicadas, es realmente asqueroso. Hay toallas de ducha pero no de lavabo. No facilitan cosas básicas como pastillas de lavaplatos y éste hay que utilizarlo porque el menaje de cocina es escaso. El aparcamiento es complicado, mejor para coches pequeños.
