Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very comfortable, and a very convenient location for both the train station and the city centre. Our host was very helpful, allowing us access to the flat earlier than planned.

It’s a great unit in a quiet area not far from the city centre.

Very nice flat. We enjoyed a lot of the size of this unit after a very tiny flat at St Malo. There is also a parking spot which is useful (although it might be complicated for big cars).

Great place to stay and relax

The location is really great and comes with a parking space. The appartment is very spacious, comfortable and comes with everything needed. The host is very nice and helpful and speaks fluent English and French.

The entrance does not look really promising, however appartment itself is great. As it is an old building, the neighbour tends to complain about noise issues.

La surface, le parking et l'emplacement.

Rien c'était très bien, la cage d'escalier est vieillissante mais notre hôte n'y peut pas grand chose.

Très bon emplacement, le centre ville facile d'accès à pied, très appréciable d'avoir une place de parking dans la cour de l'immeuble. Appartement très propre et calme. Le propriétaire a eu la délicate attention de préparer le lit pour notre bébé et de mettre le chauffage avant notre arrivée.

L'appartamento é grande e arredato molto bene. La posizione é ottima per visitare il centro città, e ha anche un parcheggio privato che non é cosa da poco.

L'unico neo é che l'ingresso della palazzina é fatiscente, con muffa e puzza si vecchio e stantio. Oltretutto abbiamo ricevuto solo 2 asciugamani anche se eravamo in 3. Ci é stato dato solo la sera prima della partenza ad un'ora in cui non serviva più. Peccato

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und war sauber. Der eigener Parkplatz liegt im Innenhof.

Non siamo stati avvisati che una tapparella era bloccata e non si poteva chiudere. Non ha funzionato il wi-fi (problema di linea non imputabile all'Host che si è attivato per risolvere; problema risolto dalla compagnia telefonica il giorno dopo quando eravamo già partiti). Esterno dell'edificio (non imputabile all'Host) Senza condizionatori (disponibili 3 ventilatori, ma se fa molto caldo non sono sufficienti)

Avant d entrer dans l appartement il faut traverser les parties en copropriété qui ne mettent pas en valeur le logement, mais une fois passée la porte, c est parfait!

Céntrico y cómodo apartamento, muy luminoso y no le faltaba de nada!! Yu muy atento y pendiente en todo momento.

Quizas faltaría alguna toalla más ( para las manos...) Para llegar al apartamento hay escaleras!! Y el crujir del parquet del suelo no le gustó al vecino 🤪.

De surprises en surprises...

Les deux points positifs: La localisation et les gens de Quimper sont très serviables

De surprises en surprises : Profil de la voyageuse : québécoise, femme (fin soixantaine) en moyenne 2 voyages en Europe tous les ans via la plateforme Booking parfois seule et parfois accompagnée (cette fois-ci une amie m’accompagnait). Je prends toutes les précautions nécessaires avant de louer quoi que ce soit…et je lis tous les commentaires! Je vous invite à lire celui-ci! 2 points positifs : L’emplacement de la location, la propreté et la luminosité de l’endroit et les habitants de Quimper sont très agréables….Le locateur nous avait fait parvenir le code pour la boîte à clés car il ne pouvait être sur place (c’était les vacances de Pâques alors, je comprends) 1 Ière surprise : sur la photo envoyée pour nous aider à localiser la boîte, on aperçoit qu’une seule boîte . Mais surprise : il y a 3 boites…alors on cherche la bonne et bien sûr c’est la 3 ieme. Conseil au locateur : actualiser la photo…. 2 ieme surprise : l’état de la porte d’entrée principale….j’avais peur qu’elle tombe tellement elle est en mauvais état! On est braves, on continue… 3 iè surprise : l’escalier….très très étroit…37 marches circulaires à monter avec les valises (voir photo) 4 ieme surprise : un petit mot de bienvenue mais qui dans le texte suivant nous explique tout ce qu’on ne peut pas faire…(photo) .et sur l’autre : tout ce qu’on doit faire avant de quitter (photo) bref : faites comme si vous n’étiez jamais passé….exception : on n’a pas à laver les draps ni les serviettes ! 5 ieme surprise : la température à Quimper était aux alentours de 10C….. (je pense que ce n’était pas exceptionnel) l’appartement était humide et j’ai voulu ajouter un peu de chauffage pour éliminer l’humidité. Nous tentons de remettre en marche le chauffage, et ben non, c’est bloqué! Je rejoins le locateur via SMS, il me répond que selon son application mobile la température est de 20,1 à l’intérieur….et me demande si nous avons des fenêtres ouvertes! C’est certain qu’avant de le contacter nous avons vérifié…

Appartement très spacieux et bien situé

L’appartement très agréable, très spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré, à deux pas du quartier historique.

La porte de l’immeuble et la cage d’escalier auraient vraiment besoin d’amour et d’un bon coup de peinture, mais ne vous laissez pas rebuter par l’entrée, l’appartement lui est vraiment très bien. Nous aurions aussi apprécié un torchon de cuisine et un essuie-main dans la cuisine.

L’appartement a été fidèle à la description, très bien situé et super confortable ! L’hôte est super agréable, Claire pour les instructions et gentil. Il manque un peu des équipements dans la cuisine, il y a l’essentiel et joues des sociétés serait un plus!

Le confort, l’équipement, la luminosité, le silence. L’Accueil très sympathique et serviable de Monsieur Yu.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, jusqu’au petits détails (gel douche, shampooing, café,thé, TV dans chaque chambre…) Propreté de l’appart ++ Idéal pour un séjour en famille. À proximité du centre ville, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le + pour l’emplacement de voiture sur un parking privé

Les parties communes méritent un bon coup de neuf mais ne pas se fier à cela avant de rentrer dans l’appartement
