Lovely property with a host on hand to help with any issues you may have

Excellent property, instructions clear on how to get there. Locale excellent in the centre. Would recommend the private parking as opposed to the municipal parking but that depends when you arrive/leave. All in all a property I would recommend

The photos are unrepresentative of the reality. They showed a living area with a couch (which is an old photo) and in reality this same area now has a bed in it which is misleading. It is dirty. The toilet is free standing in the middle of the floor. The owner was rude and argumentative when challenged and made no effort whatsoever to placate the situation. He blamed Booking.com for grouping the photos of his other apartments together. We left and got an excellent apartment on AirB&B which was 6 -8 x the size, clean and exactly what was advertised. I complained to booking.com and they have still not got back to me re getting my money back and delisting the misleading pictures and property. When you do a deep dive on reviews it is evident this has been going on for years with a lot of unhappy people.

Exceptional

Fantastic location but Incredibly quiet . Just perfect for a city break. We only stayed one night and didn't use the cooking facilities but certainly would have done if we had stayed for longer. Perfect little place. The added bonus was the adorable three month old kitten who was there to welcome us. He was just lovely. Thanks for a great stay. We will certainly come back if we are in the area again.

La descrizione per arrivare portava ad un primo piano ma invece abbiamo scoperto di essere al piano terra. La stanza, molto piccolina ed essenziale, purtroppo aveva un odore forte di umidità.

Le manque de place, le réseau internet, l’accès payant à la machine à laver. C’est bien beau d’avoir toutes les plateformes de streaming et toutes les applications… mais faudrait t’il que la connexion internet suive!!! Problème de réseau. Regarder un programme jusqu’au bout à été compliqué.

Es muy económico y estás en el centro.

Es un edificio viejo, con un patio bastante decrépito y estrecho que atraviesas para llegar a una escalera estrecha también por la que llegas a las habitaciones. Lo cogimos porque no quedaba nada más razonable para esa noche, pero hay que entender que por el precio que tienen no puedes esperar mucho más. Bueno, una cosa sí, que las sábanas estén limpias, y nuestra impresión fue que no las habían cambiado. Por suerte, las toallas sí estaban limpias, y con eso sobrevivimos la noche.

La scaletta interna e’ un po’ disagevole in quanto stretta e ripida. La seconda stanza non ha finestre.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro mismo. Muy fácil llegar con las indicaciones del anfitrión. El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio. Era muy original con piedra en las paredes, suelos de madera... La entrada es por un callejón. El parking está un poco alejado del apartamento pero se llega muy bien caminando.

Excelente ubicación para disfrutar Quimper

La ubicación es buenísima. Bien cerca de todo. El confort está bien. Los espacios no son enormes pero tiene lo necesario para pasar una buena noche, cocinar y todo. Pedimos parking y nos consiguieron uno cerca. Las indicaciones tanto para llegar al departamento como al parking fueron clarísimas.

Los dormitorios están en la planta alta. La escalera que da acceso puede ser compleja para pequeños o personas mayores.

Dans l'appartement à deux chambres, l'une des deux à un lit de 120cm et surtout pas de fenêtre. On aurait aimé le savoir avant, par temps chaud comme on a eu, c'est impossible d'y dormir.

Bon séjour pour passer une nuit ou deux et ne venir que dormir .......

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très central, donc pas de voiture à déplacer. La décoration simple mais de bon goût. L'appartement bien équipé et propre

A l'arrivée une légère odeur d'animaux. Un escalier très très étroit et compliqué pour accéder aux chambres. Le manque de clarté car situé au fond d'une cour. La surprise de n'avoir qu'une chambre alors que sur le site il était bien mentionné l'appartement complet. Il nous a été demandé 10 euros pour bénéficier de l'autre chambre. Il faudrait peut-être revoir l'annonce ....... même si le prix demandé en sus est dérisoire, juste pour ne pas être déçue de devoir partager la chambre avec quelqu'un si on ne se connaît pas suffisamment. Dernier point, sur l'annonce était mentionné Appartement avec vue ?????? Pas de vue puisque situé au fond d'une petite cour entourée de murs ........ Dommage.

Je n’ai pas reconnu l’appartement que j’avais loué…

Les clés étaient sur la porte du logement

Le logement qui m’a été indiqué n’est pas celui que j’ai réservé ! D’un appartement cosy je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre exiguë, sans réseau. La propreté était moyenne (éponge bonne à jeter, oreillers jaunis…) Il faut savoir que le logement est situé dans une zone piétonne charmante mais pas d’accès pour la voiture et je n’ai eu aucune indication sur le stationnement mentionné dans l’annonce. Le propriétaire n’a pas répondu à mon message…

A notre arriver , le palier de porte en travaux pas facile avec les valises , les toilettes n’avais plus de produit dans la cuvette , la douche n’était pas propre , l’es alite qui mène à l’étage est très tes dangereux surtout si vous allez aux toilettes la nuit , la table placer en dessous de ce même escalier risque de ce cognée la tête !! Une multiprise dans la cuisine e serai un plus … la petite terrasse de la chambre est inaccessible dommage … également un petit plat pour mettre dans le four serai également un plus … pour deux c’est bien mais pas pour 4 n’y pour 6 … dommage

Carino, centralissimo e funzionale.

Centralissimo, di fronte Les Halles. Accesso alla struttura spiegato nei minimi dettagli. Appartamento perfetto per due persone. Accesso alla Smart tv con Netflix e tanto altro gratuito. Doccia ben funzionante. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento (Parking Tourbie).

È un sottoscala, perciò si sente qualsiasi rumore dal piano di sopra. Il bollitore del the non era pulito, come nemmeno troppo bene il lavandino del bagno. Due soli asciugamani da doccia sono troppo pochi.

Très très accueillant, ttes réactif aux msg et demandes, geste commercial pour nos petits chiens, pour le parking super, très beau studio très pratique et spacieux malgré le petit espace c est un top rapport qualité/prix !!!! Excellent emplacement pour visiter en plus , et non bruyant :)

Aucun produit de douche/savon, et le petit déj en pré emballé mais bon pas cher donc ça plaira pt être à d autres ;). Je suis pas très croissant de supermarché et Senseo, je trouve ça dommage vu les super boulangeries françaises ;)!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement en plein centre de Quimper avec une très jolie place tout les commerçants à proximité...l'appartement été très propre et bien équipé et l'hôte est très gentil...je recommande vraiment cette appartement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés..encore merci Louis pour ce séjour...
