Very disappointed: good location, cleanliness well below expectations

Good location—an easy walk to the historic center. Access and communication were prompt.

Cleanliness on arrival was below expectations, especially given the €300 security pre-authorization. There was visible dust on the floors (including under/behind furniture) and along window frames/sills. I documented this and shared with host. The host proposed sending cleaners the next morning. I declined because this would have required waiting in the apartment and I do not consent to staff entering during my stay. A more guest-friendly response would be a full cleaning-fee refund. I understand the host cites time-stamped housekeeping photos and strong overall ratings; my review reflects the actual condition I found on arrival. A tighter pre-arrival checklist and periodic deep cleans (including under furniture) would align the property with the standard implied by the deposit and its past reviews.

Once in, very good indeed

Facilities and location were awesome

Check in was stressful. Took about an hour to get in the room after arrival. Video of lock box access was really poor. Only minor issue in apartment was the lack of a breadknife

Very good location. Near the centre. Very well presented. Excellent communication with the hosts. Delighted with our stay in Quimper.

A great studio apartment for long stay

A great location of the town. Walking distance to all attractions and good restaurants in the center of Quimper. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with my needs. The traditional building in the quiet street. The host, Sophie was very helpful. She even searched a local pharmacy where I can convert my US vaccine card to the French pass for me. I will come back again.

To many rules for just an apt,Close that don’t put that don’t do that and the only fact i didin’t like is i was warned before that they were camera in all the building don’t try to do something i didi’t know what the woman was refering So i asked she Said because all bad things in the last time in quimper,But what was got to do with me?anyway i left My money there and i left second day,i was reading a comment before about a family with kids cause they make noise,once i was at first floor i stoped a bit cause was havy the door of one of apt was open and checked.was not good Anyway i won’t come back.And the worst fact was i have to ask them if someone has to visit me?to Allow me?no thx

Very comfortable apartment near the city centre

A well-equipped and nicely furnished apartment in a very central location. Perfect for visiting Quimper (a few minutes' walk) and surroundings. Excellent contact with Sophie. Thank you for a great stay!

Disappointing

Nothing special about the property.

The apartment looks much better and bigger in the photos. Never met the hosts. (All communication was done through texting.) Don’t expect any extras. For example; for two people we were supplied with four coffee pods for a four-night stay. When we asked for ONLY four more pods so we could both enjoy a morning coffee during our visit, we were politely, and firmly, refused by text. Four pods translates to about $1.00 to $1.50 Canadian dollars at the most. And even less when you buy them on sale, which we did after taking time out of our schedule to go and buy more pods. I don’t think our request was unreasonable. And from a marketing point of view, it wasn’t a smart move.

A comfortable studio in Quimper

This is a beautifully laid out and tastefully furnished studio which makes the most of its small space, without any feeling of being cramped or cluttered. The kitchen space is small but functional, with a stool provided to access high cupboards. The bed was comfortable and wide enough for us. Good bathroom and shower. Access to the main door is by code, so no key is necessary there, only for the unit. Clear information is provided, not just on the "welcome sheet", but also at various locations, such as a card inside a cupboard door with instructions for using the coffee maker. Sophie was an excellent host, quick to respond to queries and provide advice, but otherwise not imposing herself. The location is very good for accessing the centre of the city. WiFi adequate.

There was little not to like, but the steps up to the door to the building were narrow and a bit steep. The sweets decorations and pink bedhead would not have been my choice, but that's a question of personal style, not a flaw with the accommodation. The only window gave onto a noisy street, with cars travelling at speed and on one night loud passers-by at 2:00 am. Given the bedside lamps wre not wired in and needed to be plugged in, a double powerpoint should be installed on both sides of the bed, so guests can also plug in personal devices. Parking would be difficult.

Le séjour a été gâché par le manque de chauffage

Appartement nickel, très fonctionnel, personnel de ménage très à l'écoute

Problème de chauffage "géré" à distance par le gestionnaire. Ceci a gâché mon séjour dans l'appartement, malheureusement et ceci malgré mes échanges avec le gestionnaire. Coupure d'électricité le soir de notre arrivée. Sans réponse du gestionnaire, mon conjoint a relancé le compteur Linky au RDC. Le gestionnaire contrôle la température à distance. Nous lui avons demandé de l'augmenter mais nous avons quand même eu froid (prétendument 20 degrés selon lui or je chauffe chez moi à 19, j'ai dû dormir avec un pull dans l'appartement). Il y a une couette additionnelle dans le placard. Il faisait 12 degrés affichés sur le radiateur, à l'arrivée dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. C'est dommage de ne pas être plus à l'écoute des clients.

Très bon séjour à refaire et si je retourne sur Quimper je reprendrais cette établissement en logement.

L’emplacement est parfait. La chambre est très sympa.

Je mettrais des protections sur les oreillers car ils sont tout jaune et ça ne fait pas très propre et la protection du matelas ne fait pas très propre non plus y’avait des taches et des poils. Autrement tout était parfait

Il manque une un accueil physique !!!!!

La taille du logement et sa situation géographique

Il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans le salle de bain. Les éléments de cuisine étaient très haut (je ne suis pas très grande 😂), il y avait un tabouret pliant type escabeau, mais celui ci était cassé. J'ai contracté le "concierge"mais n'ai eu aucun retour donc aucune solution. Dommage car le logement est sympa. Le lit pourrait être plus grand mais reste confortable.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien décoré, bien agencé et propre

Nous avons fait 2 séjours. Lors du 1er séjour, nous avons signalé un chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le message a été lu par le gestionnaire qui n'y a pas répondu. Trois nuits après, lors du second séjour, nous signalons que le second chauffage ne fonctionne plus également. Le message est également lu par le gestionnaire qui n'y répond toujours pas !!!! Nous comprenons qu'un ou plusieurs chauffages puissent tomber en panne et qu'il ne soit pas possible de les réparer rapidement...Par contre il est inadmissible que le gestionnaire ne se préoccupe pas des clients !!!!

Caution et réception des clés problématique

Chambre bien conçue, confortable et bien équipée. A proximité du centre ville.

La demande d'une caution de 300 € une fois que Booking a confirmé que la réservation était payée et validée. L'impossibilité de joindre le propriétaire par téléphone tant que la caution n'est pas validée. Quel intérêt de passer par une plate-forme comme booking si le propriétaire rajoute sa plate forme par la suite.

Apartment im EG, dadurch konnte jeder von der Straße rein gucken- auch am Tage. Alternativ konnte man im Dunklen sitzen. Ziemlich hellhörig. Wifi ging nur zum Teil.

Magnifique appart'hotel

Le logement est situé à un proximité du centre historique ce qui était très appréciable. Le logement est joliment décoré et très fonctionnel dans un immeuble ancien, magnifiquement rénové où chacun respecte la tranquilité des autres locataires.
