Le bel espace et la disposition des meubles dans le logement qui est très confortable. La situation dans Quimper est idéale et le parking gratuit est facile.

Caution et réception des clés problématique

Chambre bien conçue, confortable et bien équipée. A proximité du centre ville.

La demande d'une caution de 300 € une fois que Booking a confirmé que la réservation était payée et validée. L'impossibilité de joindre le propriétaire par téléphone tant que la caution n'est pas validée. Quel intérêt de passer par une plate-forme comme booking si le propriétaire rajoute sa plate forme par la suite.

Apartment im EG, dadurch konnte jeder von der Straße rein gucken- auch am Tage. Alternativ konnte man im Dunklen sitzen. Ziemlich hellhörig. Wifi ging nur zum Teil.

Very disappointed: good location, cleanliness well below expectations

Good location—an easy walk to the historic center. Access and communication were prompt.

Cleanliness on arrival was below expectations, especially given the €300 security pre-authorization. There was visible dust on the floors (including under/behind furniture) and along window frames/sills. I documented this and shared with host. The host proposed sending cleaners the next morning. I declined because this would have required waiting in the apartment and I do not consent to staff entering during my stay. A more guest-friendly response would be a full cleaning-fee refund. I understand the host cites time-stamped housekeeping photos and strong overall ratings; my review reflects the actual condition I found on arrival. A tighter pre-arrival checklist and periodic deep cleans (including under furniture) would align the property with the standard implied by the deposit and its past reviews.

Appart génial au calme en centre ville

Appartement super ! Dans une rue calme à 5 min du centre. Il est super bien équipé et décoré ! Il y a même des jeux. La cuisine est optimisée et très fonctionnelle.et bien équipée. Appartement très propre.et très lumineux ! La pièce de vie est assez grande pour y ètre à l aise à 3 ou 4 ! On s y est super bien senti pour 3 jours ! On reviendra volontiers. Tout est hyper bien pensé et le responsable.hyper professionnel et efficace !

Honnêtement rien ! Allez le canapé lit pas aussi confort qu un vrai lit mais tout de même sympa et surtout hyper pratique à ouvrir et refermer.

Sauberes Appartment sowie exzellente Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter (selbst wenn das mit der systemisch zu hinterlegenden Kaution ein kleiner administrativer Mehraufwand war - das erste Mal bei einer Buchung über Booking.com)

Posizione ottima ai limiti del centro storico, con parcheggi liberi nelle immediate vicinanze. Alloggio ristrutturato in una palazzina storica. pulitissimo e ordinato. Letto comodo. Camera silenziosa pur essendo al piano strada. Istruzioni per l'ingresso chiare e puntuali.

Solo un piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe meglio aggiungere delle tende per la privacy oltre a quelle oscuranti per la notte, in modo da poter avere luce senza essere proprio visibili dalla strada o dai dirimpettai.

Correct après résolution d’un probleme majeur

Petit studio très propre bien situé très proche du centre historique et possibilité de stationner gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes

Gestionnaire aux abonnés absents à notre arrivée a19h alors que le détecteur de fumée envoyait un signal strident toutes les 45 sec indiquant une pile usée. Malgré deux appels téléphoniques avec message d’urgence et un sms et un mail via booking: aucune nouvelles de l’hôte avant le lendemain 10h alors que j’écrivais mon mécontentement. La veille, à 19h30, alors que nous nous apprêtions à aller prendre une chambre d’hôtel, j’ai pu installer une table, monter dessus en utilisant une chaise et retirer le détecteur malgré mon mal de dos. J’ai informé l’hôte vers 19h40 de cette entreprise fructueuse sans recevoir aucun accusé de réception. Il est intolérable de ne pas avoir de contact en cas d’urgence lors de l’arrivée à la location.

Le logement est parfait pour quelques jours sur Quimper et joliment decoré. Au troisième et dernier pas de bruit et une vue dégagée. Le centre ville est à 5min à pied, aucune difficulté pour trouver une place de parking dans le quartier.

Très bon emplacement, à 5mn à pied du centre et des commerces. Studio très confortable, très propre, très calme (comme la rue), bien isolé, bien agencé (avec des prises électriques partout où on peut en avoir besoin) et bien équipé avec un vrai soin porté à la déco. Hôte très réactif, excellente communication. J'y retournerai volontiers !

Pas de critique à faire, c'était parfait ! Même l'escalier ou le parquet qui craquent parfois ça et là font partie du charme de cet immeuble ancien merveilleusement rénové !

Le lieux de l’appartement

Au delà de la caution à enregistrer avant d’avoir accès au logement, il y a La température du logement. Nous avons demandé a notre hôte d’allumer le chauffage car il fais hyper froid. Puis lundi matin je me suis réveillée complètement frigorifiée. J’ai malheureusement découvert que le chauffage était de nouveau éteint dans la chambre. (Chauffage connecté, allumage à distance par l’hôte). Résultat je suis malade, coup de froid. Manque d’oreiller. C’était la deuxième fois que nous louons le bien, mais la dernières fois c’était en été. Rien de tous cela nous avais paru désagréable.

Very good location. Near the centre. Very well presented. Excellent communication with the hosts. Delighted with our stay in Quimper.

We liked everything! Initially we were worried that we might have difficulty parking near the accommodation but we were able to park in the same street without any problem.
