Great location. Easy to walk into central Quimper and attend the Festival. The location meant we could nip back halfway through the day, have a rest, then return, refreshed. We liked that the property was very clean. And we liked that parking was easy - right opposite the apartment.

I would have liked a wooden spoon because the provided saucepans are metal. THat was no problem - I provided my own! Same thing with a scissors - to open packets. Luckily I had one with me. These are just small things and if you didn’t cook you wouldn’t notice. We were there for 8 days so it was like home for us.

Reasonable value for money. No problem parking the car. Walkable distance to city centre.

The photos seem to display 2 different apartments which we didn’t realise and ours was the least desirable. We arrived to a hot stuffy apartment and when we asked if there was a fan we were told the other apartments had them but not ours.

it was really centrally located. the towels were cleaning (god bless, at least this).

1. We did not have a key in the box - we had to call the owner to send us the key. Lost almost 2 hours on this. 2. The apartment looks old, the walls are cracked, it is basically an old Airbnb with old furniture and nithing like the pictures. 3. Found other individual’s hair on the bed. 4. The shower door was broken. 5. The utensils were dirty and dusty. 6. The bathroom floor was dusty. 7. Really slow wifi. definitely not coming back again. it was a poor experience and a paid price too high for such conditions.

Le non respect des voisins la couette de lit trop petite par rapport au lit le toilette en biais entre là douche et le lavabo pas trop pratique je pense que certains loueur devrait passer quelques temps dans leurs logements avant de loué et pourrait corriger quelques imperfections... Les photos sûr le site reflète pas toujours là réalité.

²EMPLACEMENT A PROSCRIRE , Je demande un dédommagement

En premier, ce n'est pas un appartement hotel mais une maison de particulier à deux étages qui à été rénové pour en faire six studios pour se faire du profit qui ne le vaut pas. 1, aucune réglementation, consignes sur les appareils électriques , sécurités , pour les dechets, trie. 2, la vaisselle pour ce en avais c'était vraiment le strict minimum, pas même un couteaux à viande et pain. tout cela sous l'évier. 3, Aucune aération où ventilation, l pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne directement sur le trottoir, sans sécurité, car des passants sans scrupules peuvent pénétrez facilement la hauteur base étant de environs 0,60 m. Une rue avec beaucoup de circulation à sens unique avec des feus tricolores à 15 mètres en contre bas, je ne parle des gaz d'échappement , et de plus le plein soleil l'après midi c'est la total. 4, pas un seul porte manteau en vue, un petit crochet sur la porte de salle bains , avec la douche ,mieux ,ne pas avoir une forte carrure, et étant dans la salle d'eau , les quatre derniers jours sans eaux chaudes. Et pour la meilleure aucun contact avec le la conciergerie, avec le portable avec le numéro préconisé par vos soins resetait sans voix ,alors que j'avais besoins de renseignements et que ne pouvais avoir internet. La meilleurs, c'est à mon retour de mon séjour, mettant remis sur internet, un certain loic, concierge m'avais donner des consignes de nettoyage et de rangement ,choses que que je fais habituellement . Alors que j'ai réglé des frais de nettoyages . Tout cela c'est un comble.

Pro krátkodobý pobyt vyhovující.

Dobrá lokalita a dostupnost centra, parkování bez problému. Účelně vybavený apartmán pro krátkodobý pobyt/ tranzit. Dobře vybavená kuchyňka. Bezproblémové předání přístupových údajů k bydlení.

Shoduji se s mnoha hodnoceními ostatních klientů. Společné prostory (zřejmě dlouhodobě probíhající rekonstrukce) nejsou příjemné, je tam zápach a špína. Problémem je hluk v noci v budově i z ulice. Ocenila jsem detailní popis přístupu do budovy, ale ne další záplavu zpráv před příjezdem (rádoby vtipná upozornění, co všechno nemám dělat), neadekvátně vysokou zálohu za takové ubytování a hlavně to, co jsem naposledy zažila v dětství na táboře - požadavek svléknout po sobě povlečení (není to dobrý nápad vzhledem k tomu, jak vypadají polštáře a matrace...) a vynést odpadky. Nejsme líní ani neochotní, ale na to je cena za ubytování dost vysoká. Na naše dotazy, kam tedy vynést odpad, ubytovatel nereagoval (popelnice není v budově ani v přilehlé ulici, jste nuceni ráno před odjezdem nedůstojně pobíhat s pytlem odpadů po okolních ulicích, což vám dost zkazí náladu). Postel není postel, ale ne příliš pohodlné rozkládací lehátko.

Lage sehr gut und in der kleinen Küche gibt’s alles, was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem.

Unser Zimmer (#1) war im Erdgeschoss, sodass alle, die auf der Straße vorbeigehen, bei geöffnetem Fenster hineinschauen können. Leider konnten wir aus Sicherheitsgründen daher auch nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, obwohl es sehr heiß war. Das WC ist so zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken eingeklemmt, dass es selbst für schlanke Menschen unbequem ist. Wenig Möglichkeiten, um nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen.

La habitación no estaba en las condiciones que esperas de un sitio que te retiene 300€. La nevera no estaba limpia y el congelador perdía agua. La limpieza del baño también dejaba mucho que desear. Uno de los días no hubo agua caliente y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota. Es cierto que la respuesta del dueño fue inmediata y solucionó el problema ese mismo día. Aun así, dada la cantidad de dinero que te retiene y el tiempo que lo retiene no cumple las expectativas. No me volvería a quedar.

L’emplacement à 15mn à pied du centre, parking en face de l’appartement très pratique. Décoration moderne et appartement bien équipé et propre.

Les parties communes sont délabrées avec de mauvaises odeurs. La literie est très très inconfortable (clic clac et oreillers crêpes). Le lit est tout petit, mon conjoint de 1m90 avait les pieds qui dépassaient largement du lit. Logement très mal insonorisé et immeuble bruyant. Fenêtre qui donne sur rue avec un demi rideau (?) ce qui ne cache rien du tout, nous sommes à la vue de tous. Un ventilateur serait le bienvenu au vue des fortes chaleurs.

Hay parking enfrente y se puede ir caminando al centro.

Hay que ingresar 300 euros como fianza a través de un enlace. Nos pareció una fianza excesiva para lo que tiene el apartemento, que es muy pequeño, no tiene ni perchas, ni armarios, cuenta con una baño muy extrecho sin gel, ni champú. Tampoco tiene almohada, sólo cuenta con dos cojines y la cocina no posee extractor de humos.

Només que és fàcil aparcar.

Escala vella amb pudor a humitat. L'apartament no està net, algun equipament vell i molt limitat (no hi ha lloc per penjar tovalloles, no deixa tovallola de mà..). Nosaltres volíem fer algun àpat però quan vam veure-ho tot no en vam fer cap. Lavabo estret, sostre baix i amb molta pudor a humitat. Llit molt incòmode, coixins també amb un matalàs molt prim. I a més hi ha un ventilador que sona tota la nit. La fiança de 300€, que sí que es diu a la reserva, és excessiva pel que hi ha a l'habitació. A més,abans de marxar reps un missatge que et diu que tiris la.brossa, ho deixis tot net i recullis els llençols (quina barra)! Tot malament!

Tant que ce n'est pas mis en ordre, n'y allez pas.

Le hall d'entrée était dans un état pitoyable avec le papier peint arraché des murs, et ça sentait les poubelles. Le proprio nous avait prévu que les travaux devaient se faire, on s'est rendu compte par après en faisant nos recherches qu'il dit cela depuis août 2024... Le studio était propre, venait d'être nettoyé, mais l'état général était à déplorer. La chambre est minuscule, donne sur la rue avec du simple vitrage - on entendait tous les bruits de la rue. A l'intérieur du studio, un vinyle cachait un plancher cassé, y avait de la moisissure autour des fenêtres ainsi que dans les coins de la pièce. On avait heureusement pu annuler la deuxième nuitée, en accord avec le propriétaire mais on a dû appeler nous-mêmes booking pour pouvoir être remboursé - partiellement. La localisation est ok, mais nous recommandons vivement au groupe qui exploite ce lieu de faire les travaux nécessaires pour éviter cette expérience pénible à d'autres personnes.

No lo recomiendo, primero que reforme todo el acceso y cambie de cama y que comunique que el baño es para bajitos.

El anfitrión, lo mejor. Atento con los mensajes, y nos comunico al llegar que los accesos comunes estaban mal. Pero lo que comunicó nos imaginamos que estuvieran en tan mal estado.

El alojamiento estaba limpio, pero la cama era muy incomoda, es un sofá cama. No podíamos bajar el colchón al suelo para dormir mejor. Mi marido al día siguiente no podía ni levantarse. El baño muy incomodo, nos llevamos varios golpes en la cabeza. Y sólo teníamos toallas de ducha. Las cápsulas de café, sólo teníamos 2, ni par desayunar los dos días… Y el acceso al apartamento, segundo piso sin ascensor, el portal y las escaleras horribles, eso no lo enseña en las fotos.

- bruyant (murs en carton, on entendait toute la vie des voisins + porte qui claque et qui réveille très tôt + bruits de la rue) - petit, pas de place, pas de canapé - manque équipement, juste une toute petite casserole, on a pas pu se faire des pâtes pour 2, pas de sopalin, pas de crochets pour accrocher ou étendre les serviettes - la porte d'entrée mesure 1m80, j'aurais aimé être prévenu, je me sois cogné plusieurs fois - trou dans le sol côté mur du lit, sol pas stable - café : juste 2 dosettes pour 2 jours (dont 1 décaféinée) On a passé notre séjour à tenter de fuir cet appartement inconfortable
