Agathe was excellent at communicating both before our arrival and throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The studio is located in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood, yet it's still within comfortable walking distance of the town centre. There is also a supermarket just a 10–15 minute walk away, making it easy to pick up any essentials. The studio itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Parking was also very convenient, with plenty of free spaces available on the street and in the surrounding roads, so there was no need to pay for parking. Agathe is a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Le confort, la propreté du logement.Bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

Il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer à côté du logement. Il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur en arrivant (mais nous avons pu facilement aérer pendant la nuit). Pour faire chauffer un plat, il n'y a qu'un four (pas de plaques de cuissons). La salle de bain est un peu étroite mais bien equipée, propre et la douche est assez spacieuse.

J'ai apprécié l'endroit dans sa globalité. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la région, la ville de Quimper et le quartier où est situé le studio. Je n'oublie pas de saluer l'accueil de l'hôtesse d'une remarquable amabilité. Toute la famille est là pour vous rendre le séjour le plus paisible possible et cela dans la discrétion et le tact. La photo jointe est celle du jardin du prieuré de Locmaria. Il se situe à un jet de pierre du studio. C'est le petit plus pour un confort total.
