L'emplacement est vraiment idéal : proche du centre sans y être véritablement. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, agréable et bien agencé.
Nous avons été un peu étonné de devoir payer une caution mais peut-être que le propriétaire a eu des déboires lors de ses locations précédentes et préfère agir ainsi pour se prémunir des dégradations, ses mises en garde quand au remboursement pourraient - cependant - se faire avec plus de tact. L'appartement était très propre, un conseil malgré tout : utiliser un produit qui ne laisse pas les surfaces collantes donnerait un meilleur rendu/confort.

Emplacement très pratique pour visiter Quimper. Échange avec l'hôte pour récupérer la clé. Emprunte de carte bancaire pour caution, procédure qui peut inquiéter mais pas de soucis.
Le dépôt de caution n'est pas très clair au moment de la réservation

l'emplacement au coeur de Quimper- le coté fonctionnel - la taille de l'appartement- le bon niveau d'équipement
le mail de contact plein de menaces sous jacentes le fait de devoir déposer une caution tres importante pour 2 nuits l'appartement est très calme par rapport aux bruits de rue mais mal insonorisé entre voisins. Heureusement ceux ci sont d'une discrétion exemplaire

Me gustó, la cercanía al centro, fácil aparcar a 100m gratis
Pues la verdad , incómodo para descargar el coche! Las escaleras malas y el apartamento un poco descuidado, solo dejaron 2 toallas para la ducha. No había más toallas de lavabo
