Séjour agréable dans ce studio au centre de Quimper. Émilie est très réactive lorsqu’il y a un soucis

L’emplacement l’ambiance cocooning la facilité pour se garer ainsi que la proximité des commerces autours

Un peu bruyant mais vite réglé par l’hôte Une attache pour le pommeau de douche serait un plus

Logement confortable et très bien équipé

Très bonne literie, dans un logement accueillant et qui chauffe bien. L'accès autonome est appréciable et l'immeuble est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé et avec de quoi se faire un café le matin.

Le chauffe-eau semble commun avec le logement du dessus et se déclenche très tôt, ce qui fait du bruit dans le logement. Il faudrait changer l'ampoule de la lampe sur le seuil de la porte. Le logement était plus loin que ce qui était précisé lors de la réservation, c'est dommage (nous pensions qu'il était à côté du Cinéville et en fait, trajet plus long que prévu).

De l'emplacement à son environnement direct -5 minutes à pied de l'hyper centre-ville - en passant par le confort de la literie et l'aisance d'accès aux lieux, de l'espace à disposition aux équipements offrant une large indépendance et de la douce prévenance des hôtes, le havre est complet.

De ne pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

Séjour bruyant , prévarication de la fille de la propriétaire

Apt joli en style, jardin fleuri gratieux

De nombreux bruits venant par le haut, le soir aussi Je n'ai pas apprécié surtout la prévarication de la fille de la propriétaire habitant dans l'immeuble Elle a prétendu laisser ouverte jour et nuit, la porte de l'entrée, au rez de chaussée, donnant côté jardin, que pour faire sortir son chat ,refusant ma demande et je pense de quelqu'un d'autre aussi, de la fermer même pour le froid et la sécureté Elle disait provisoire entretemps toute la durée de mon séjour a été gaché par cet embêtement et sa conduite J'ai été déçue alors que j'avais fait un autre séjour en bas et tout était allé bien en échange avec elle et sa mère surtout en présentiel Je pense que cette fille ne devrait pas mettre avant ses affaires personnels et avoir plus de respect pour les clients booking comme moi dans mon cas
