The Roaring Fork Suite is a thoughtfuly restored historic retreat in downtown Glenwood Springs designed around comfort, recovery, and connection to the mountains. Part of High West Spa House circa 1888, the suite offers access to a private Finnish sauna, cold plunge, and quiet recovery spaces inspired by modern alpine spa culture. Walk to downtown restaurants, breweries, hot springs, hiking trails, skiing, and the Roaring Fork River before returning to this warm and restorative Victorian retreat

Please Note: Our spa facilities are scheduled to open in mid to late July. To reflect the limited amenity access during this period, all stays in entire month of July have been discounted.

Originally built circa 1888, the property blends historic character with warm natural textures, thoughtful modern comforts, and restorative spaces designed for slower mornings and relaxed mountain evenings.

Relax and recharge in our shared wellness spa, featuring a finish sauna, cold plunge, and indoor relaxation area. Whether you’re recovering from a day of hiking, biking, skiing, or simply looking to unwind, the spa offers a peaceful retreat just steps from your stay.

The suite includes a private living room, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a queen bedroom with Cozy Earth sheets. A shared laundry room is located adjacent to the suite with a private deadbolt entry for guest comfort and privacy.

Other things to note
High West Spa House is divided into three private guest suites. While each suite is completely private with its own entrance, the spa area is shared among guests staying in the other suites.

The shared spa includes a sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor relaxation area. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

Guests ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the spa area. Children under 16 and pets are not permitted in the spa.
