Beautiful home with large deck on the Roaring Fork River. Minutes from down town GWS. Soak in the famous Glenwood Hot springs pool, Iron Mtn Hot Springs & Tram.
We offer private massages here at our house at $1 one dollar a minute. If you are interested please let us know when you book and we can provide the contact number of the masseuse. This person has several years experience working at a local spa and a chiropractic office here in Glenwood Springs.
45 minutes from Aspen/Snowmass, 20 minutes to Ski Sunlight. 2.5 hrs from Denver/DIA airport, 1.5 hrs from Grand Jct Airport, 45 minn to Eagle/Vail airport. Walk out the door to fish the Gold Medal Roaring Fork river, hike trails or bike the paved Rio Grande trail system that can lead you from Glenwood Springs to Aspen & back. We are also located within walking distance of the RFTA bus system that provides service from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. Furnished kitchen, WIFI Internet and cable TV. No parties or un-authorized over night guests. NO SMOKING of any kind inside home. We have outside security cameras. This helps us to monitor the weather, especially the snow in the winter months. quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown, sat on deck and watched eagles fly by at eye level and fishing rafts float by.

The house was an okay place to stay. It had the essentials. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use. The river views were not as picturesque as we had thought they'd be. The trees and over grown bushes blocked a lot of the view. The deck was covered in sap from all the trees so was had to enjoy. We had several pairs of shorts and up with sap on the butts bc we tried to sit on the chairs. The traffic noise drowned out the sound of the river.The first line was " clean and sanitized" in all caps so we were expecting a prestine house but found the stove to be covered in food grease and the remote sticky. The main surfaces were wiped down but the corners and low traffic areas were dirty. The kitchen sink had a dirty sponge to clean with and no dish cloth. Over all the place was fine but could use a really good clean and some updating.
