This location was perfect, you were only a block away from the main spots in town and could easily walk to the pedestrian bridge to the Hot Springs. Parking behind the building was always available. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy! The owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

2 adults and our 2 young kids stayed here for a few days while we enjoyed Glenwood Springs. The location is amazing. Just around the block from downtown restaurants and shops. A short walk to the Glenwood Hot Springs pool, and it was easy pulling the kids’ wagon over the pedestrian bridge. The proximity to the firehouse also provided a lucky chance for our kids to go inside the firetrucks and get some free hats and pictures. We did have a few concerns regarding cleanliness of some dishes, and a light fixture issue but the host was very responsive and advised they would send someone out for the light immediately and would follow up with their cleaning crew. Admittedly I didn’t contact them about those items until our final day so we didn’t see the person coming over for repairs during our stay. As long as these items get addressed, I would be very happy to stay here again. It met all of the needs for our family, was comfortable, and so walkable to everything we wanted to enjoy during our stay.

The rules were very tight and property was not to same standards. Train arrived early so we went by to drop off bags, within 5 minutes I received email reprimanding early drop off, looked like they would prefer we sit around until official check in time, way too rigid for my taste. Layout was chopped up including 20 foot hallway with 4-5 doors on left leading to bath, bed, laundry and mechanical rooms, light switches were not intuitively located like one could expect from large unit chopped up to make multiple units. One kitchen chair had several legs ready to fall off and nearly caused injury. Other that that great location.
