About this house rental
Enjoy this Spacious Downtown Oasis. We are located on Grand Ave, less than 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, and downtown center!
This is the main floor unit in a 3-unit building.
Large living room space for all guests in your party to enjoy time together.
We have 3 bedrooms, all quite spacious and 1.5 bathrooms.
Large fenced in back yard with patio. Great for your pet or evening relaxing.
This property is a great option for short or long term rentals!
Enjoy the many activities that Glenwood Springs has to offer including hot springs, horseback riding, hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding, and much more!
With great location, there does come a bit of traffic noise off of Grand Ave. Some guests do hear this noise towards the front of the home. We have and continue to improve the noise reduction we offer. We also provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in the front bedroom if you are a light sleeper. Most guests are unbothered by this.
Backyard: Backyard in enclosed and for your use only. We ask that you do not leave dog unattended in the yard. From time to time you may see our very friendly long term tenant passing through the backyard to perform certain tasks like repairs or taking out the trash.
Trash: Glenwood has Bears! Always be aware when exiting the home. Do not leave any food unattended outside. If you do throw trash in the canisters outside, make sure they are properly closed with the bear safety lock. Recycling is encouraged but, ONLY recycling that has no residual food on it.

Comfy beds and pillows, and quick communication from hosts. Hosts were very accommodating for us by allowing us to check in early. House is right on Grand. Walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants.

Perfect location for our family. Walkable to all the stores. Bus stop to pick up the skiers to Aspen. Large table for family games. Beds were super comfortable. Our dog loved the house and fenced in back yard.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be back. House had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable! Communication from the host was very good, loved it!!
