Welcome to The Downtown Glenwood Retreat, your ideal getaway nestled in the heart of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This charming historic brick home is located on the main thoroughfare offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, grocery store, and the world-famous hot springs pool and Glenwood Adventure Park.
Ski Sunlight is 12 miles, world-class fishing on the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers. Aspen 42 miles and Vail 60 miles.
Experience the best of what Glenwood has to offer in this downtown charming four bedroom two full bath house.
Upstairs has the main living room, fully equipped kitchen and large dinning room, two cozy bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a TV, the second bedroom features a bunk bed and queen bed.
Downstairs, offers two additional bedrooms both with queen beds and another full bath, along with a spacious family room perfect for lounging with an American Leather pull out sofa with a queen bed. There is a game room with a poker table, arcade game, smart TV, and the laundry room.
Outside has a patio with beautiful gardens, dinning, grill and a fire pit. Enjoy the best of Colorado living at this perfectly located charming home.
Full access to the house, front and backyard yards a garage area to store, bikes, ski equipment or luggage in case of an early arrival upon requests.
We will give you the entire house and privacy, however we are here for any questions, concerns, recommendation and of course emergencies.
- **Pull-Out Sofa:** Please do not close the pull-out sofa with any linens on it, as this can bend the frame. Any necessary repairs will be billed to the guest.
- **No Shoes:** Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house, including on the hardwood floors.

Wonderful Stay at Regina’s Cozy Home. From the moment we stepped inside, the welcoming coziness set the tone for a relaxing retreat. The space isn’t large, but it’s thoughtfully designed to feel airy and comfortable, with touches that put our family at ease.*Perfect for a family of 7: Despite not being a big house, there’s ample space for everyone to spread out and find their own nook.Comfortable bedding & amenities:** Plush beds and reliable amenities made our stay feel like home.*Easy access to town: Quick trips to shops and dining kept our days seamless.*Close to Doc Holliday Trail: Proximity to the trail offered a meaningful blend of history and nature. Our pre-trip Netflix binge of Wyatt Earp enhanced the experience on the hike.Regina’s kind, informative, and prompt communication throughout made us feel cared for from booking to checkout. Overall, an excellent, highly recommended stay for families seeking cozy, well-situated, and thoughtfully equipped accommodations. We’d gladly return.

Loved the location. Easy walk to downtown Glenwood Springs about 8 to 10 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked. Knives could use some sharpening. Would suggest a low rug for back back when rain comes to be able to wipe shoes before entering house. Perfect location for mid way point to get to Aspen and Vail. Would DIFFENTELY consider this house again when looking for place to stay. Worked perfectly for my family with the 4 bedrooms and the pullout sofa.

Great location, cute house. However, the A/C was completely ineffective for the rooms on the ground floor.
