The house was exactly as described and pictured. Worked great for three family stay (grandparents and family with 3 kids ages 10 to 4 and family with 2 kids 8 and 4). Very short walk to CO River with a couple of hot springs (crossed train tracks). Short walk to coffee shop and various eateries. 12 minute or so walk to Glenwood Hot Springs. Hosts resonded immediately to questions prior to visit and day of arrival.

Everything was great! Details stated that it was a short walk from the pools, but not as short as we thought. Our suggestion would be to let guests know that there are no staples in the kitchen like oil, sugar, storage bags, foil or any kind of wrap. Non of this was a deal breaker, as the place is well maintained and was very comfortable for the nine of us.

Conveniently located by the downtown area of Glenwood Springs, this VRBO / house was perfect for a group house and getaway to the mountains and hot springs. We are repeat stayers, and everything from reservations to check in and check out has been smooth. The hosts are extremely responsive as well. The Aspen resorts are about 40-50 minutes away, but the trip is not too bad for those looking to get access to skiing. Overall, this is a great find for larger groups 10 people and is well equipped with everything you will need for a warm, comfortable stay!

This is my second time renting this home for a family get together. Loved it this time just as much as the first time. Super awesome location to all that is offered in Glenwood. Easy drive to Sunlight ski area and not far from Aspen so that ski area is close too. The Owners are very responsive. We will be back, because I want to stay here in the summer.

Good location, house on the last street by the hill, no one behind us. Lower end furniture and fixtures. Kitchen offers plenty of plates and cups but no coffee and very short of pepper. Normally this isn’t a big issue but when we are arriving on Xmas eve with shops closing early and completely closed the next day… it’s inconsiderate.

Myself, my two brothers, and 7 other guests stayed here for my older brother's bachelor party and I could not have been happier with this VRBO! Check in was quick and easy, and the hosts were courteous and very responsive! The property itself was lovely, very clean and well kept. The outside patio space was perfect for hanging out and playing games and the ample bedrooms/beds/sleeping pads accommodated us well! It is about a 5-10 minute walk into town and was absolutely perfect for us! I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend for anyone travelling to glenwood springs!10/10!

Loved the house and how close it was to downtown area. We took morning walks every day and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The house is very spacious but quit close to neighbors. Minor issue: On the website there was a grill but couldn’t find it. The hosts were very responsive when I messaged them about it. We had to cook all of our food inside which wasn’t that bad but it did make the house a bit smelly. The oven is also really slow so plan extra time. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The host had everything we needed and it was close to the hot springs. Would definitely recommend the house!

The house was spacious and clean. We all slept good in the comfortable beds, but the train did wake us up the first couple of nights (it was ok we got back to sleep). The walk into town was very easy and enjoyable. We loved your AC, thank you for having it running when we arrived! Our only negative was not having the outdoor grill that was listed in the amenities (we had planned a couple of meals around using it). We made due, but it would have been nice to have been able to cook outside rather than inside. We did however love the big kitchen table that fit us all so nicely. Thank you for sharing such a nice home.

The home is beautiful, close to town, and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the time we spent there. The home is clean and we felt right at home staying there. We planned this weekend for three couples to get away to celebrate 20 years of pastoral service by one of the husband/wife couples. This house was perfect for our two families (5 adults, 6 kids). The rooms were super spacious and the house was lovely! It was easily walkable to downtown and to the hot springs. The only thing I would say could be improved was the kitchen was missing a few basics like plastic wrap, foil and a large sheet pan. Other than that, it was exceptional! We stayed here during my daughter’s wedding weekend as a back up plan to our reservations at Hotel Colorado (5 days) . When my daughter was suddenly transferred out of Glenwood Springs, she also was in need of a place for two nights, as well as her cousins and brothers. They liked it so much they gave up their rooms at the Hotel for Friday. Thought I’d never get rid of them.
