After an extensive remodel, we`re excited to invite you back to this luxurious retreat, where you’ll find a chef’s state of the art, gourmet kitchen, custom-designed furniture, cozy fireplaces, fully updated bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and oversized windows that flood the space with sunlight and showcase beautiful views, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in.

Nestled against Red Mountain in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a 12-minute walk from downtown Glenwood Springs` shops, restaurants, pools and local attractions, this contemporary mountain retreat offers an unforgettable and luxurious getaway.

Please Note: For part of the year the owners occupy a separate, private basement apartment with no shared spaces and will gladly offer any assistance.

This house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood with lots of open space, mature trees and mountain views. It feels far removed from the hustle and bustle, but yet is only a stone throw away from downtown. It`s an ideal location!

This home is within walking distance of downtown but it is recommended that you have a car. There is a local valley wide bus system as well as taxi service.

HOUSE RULES
A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

Very attractive house very well appointed.We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is welcoming, very comfortable, and everything you might need is available. The location is very private among the trees and within walking distance from the river, shopping and downtown. I would rate the whole experience 5/5. The patio and the deck are delightful.The transaction was simple, and questions were answered easily. Glenwood Springs is a very good recreation destination.

Beautiful and comfortable home. The 4 of us had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor seating area. Only complaints are the BBQ grill was dirty and the water dispenser in the fridge did not work. I only mention it so the owners are aware. Would definitely stay again!
