This is just a good feeling old house. It lives well. With each guest it is my hope you enjoy the house and it makes your visit very special. Kitchen has everything. Laundry in basement. Great living space on huge back deck in the warm season. Park your car. And come be a local!

I've been a property manager in Aspen for 25 years also had a 1
1 very large king bed in large master. 1 double bed in guest room filled with antiques. 1 twin bed in basement. a very comfortable couch with cotton sheets and down comforter you'll find in linen closet off bathroom. There are doors that seperate living room from the rest of the house.
I've had this as a vacation rental for 10 years now and it has been nothing but a beautiful positive experience for guests and myself as host.

Large 3 lot well fenced property. Dogs and cats allowed with a couple rules. Feel free to inquire about your pets stay.
There a Carriage House in the back of the 3 lot property where I'm staying the summer of 2025. I have a cat and a dog. My dog is in the Carriage House fenced off area. Kitty wonders around the property. Likes to take naps on the deck.
Parking for house is in front of white picket fence.

This is a pretty 100 year old property that is perfectly located on a very quiet street in Glenwood. The patio was great and we spent a lot of time there grilling or just sitting and admiring the surrounding mountains. Annie was a great host (lived next door) who gave us lots of tips about the area. The house was well situated but it is a 100 year old house and it carries with it the issues on those years. Some of the floors had cants that might make things difficult for older folks or those with balance issues. Overall, we liked the house, we loved the area and appreciated all the help that Annie gave us.

Good location. Easy walk. Cute authentic house. Upstairs beds comfortable. Kitchen and dining room nicely worked for our meals and game nights. Cool and unique art. WiFi works well. Small suggestion to type notes for easier reading.

This Victorian house in Glenwood Springs allows walking to shops, restaurants and attractions. The house is warm and welcoming, with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and great ambiance overall. There is a large deck with two tables and plenty of seating, plus a gas grill. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom is on the large side. Parking is readily available at the house, an important plus in GS. There is internet and a full complement of television stations and network choices.The description provided by the host is completely accurate. Annie, the host, is local to GS and very knowledgeable about Glenwood and the entire Roaring Fork area. She is helpful and friendly, nearby, and easily accessible. Checking in and out was simple. I have visited Glenwood many times over the years and this is where I will be staying in the future. I was completely pleased with my stay and enjoyed every minute of my time at the house.
