On the opposite side of the property, there is a small muscadine grape vineyard, along with a small citrus and mango orchard, both of which require regular maintenance. When in season, guests will be provided with fruit harvested directly from the property. In addition, there are 10 acres of grass that must be maintained. Maintenance work may be performed during some guest stays.
