Beautiful secluded setting on the Rainbow River surrounded by state forest

A Waterfront Paradise on the Rainbow River**Rating: 5/5 Stars**This is, in my opinion, the most beautiful property on the Rainbow River. If you are looking for a perfect riverside getaway, this is it.### The Main House & ViewThe house is incredibly well-equipped and comfortable. The main house features a very comfortable king-size bed, but the real highlight is the bedroom layout. With floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water and double doors leading out to a screened-in back porch, the views are simply wonderful.### Unbeatable River AccessThe deck design is awesome. It starts right at the front door and leads you all the way to the water's edge—you can walk from the house straight to the river without ever stepping off the deck. There are even built-in steps leading directly into the water, making it effortless to get in and out for a swim. We spent our mornings and late afternoons on the deck watching the abundant wildlife; seeing the otters play was a true highlight of the trip.### The Guest HouseIn addition to the main house, there is a guest house located just outside. It is also very well-appointed with another big bed, a nice full bathroom, and a kitchenette that has everything you need (minus a stove). It provided great extra space and privacy.### Amenities & HospitalityThe host is very friendly and went above and beyond by providing plenty of kayaks and paddleboards at no extra cost. Having those available made exploring the river so easy

This property is amazing and we plan to go back. It was beautiful river front with non stop views. We had a deer walk on property, birds, fish, lizards, otters, etc. They have all the toys you need and then some. Master bed was comfortable. Our 6' tall 15 year old ended up sleeping in the loft and was very comfortable as well.

This family of four plus our fur babe had an amazing time on the Rainbow River! We were out on the river everyday spotting new wildlife and enjoying the beautifully clear water.Amenities were fantastic at the house, location was gold, and communication was very friendly!It was the perfect low-key spring break spot!We hope to return next year!

Wow, what a gem on the Rainbow River! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every second. The wildlife watching was amazing - herons, anhingas, pileated woodpeckers, otters, turtles, and more. We paddle boarded and kayaked, we cooked in the kitchen, roasted s'mores around the fire pit, visited the state park for some light hiking, fished off the dock, and when we were inside we were busy staring OUTside through the picture windows. I could go on and on. We can’t wait to go back!
