Great property right on a Rainbow River canal. We kayaked the river several hours a day from the park launch and got out at the dock of the house then bike and play games all evening. Close to great restaurants with great food and service.
House is spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy, and very well equiped. Very peaceful and zen.
Loved the living room furniture so much we have asked the owner for make/model/place of purchase.

This house was perfect for our family. The place was clean and had everything you needed and then some. The location is right in the middle of everything as far as stores ,adventures( Crystal River, State park, etc.) and fishing ( access to Rainbow and Withlacoochee River
River). The dock was perfect for fishing ,place to dock our boat and to just relax. Having the kayaks, canoe and paddle board on site was a plus so we didn't have to transport our own. Property manager was great with communication. My family will definitely stay again if back in the area.

We have just returned from a surprise 65th birthday trip with friends and family. This was the perfect location for a relaxed gathering. I brought all sorts of kitchen supplies with me and none were needed. We really enjoyed the dock for cocktails, the ease of access to the Rainbow River on the peaceful creek without the main river’s party crowd being right outside. The formal living room provides a 4th bedroom with a sofa bed while the three other bedrooms had space enough for us all. The house is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We have rented via Evolve and other vacation sites many times and this home exceeded our expectations and we will return. Thank you to the very helpful host!
