Super comfy home located in a quiet & serene neighborhood just down the street from the Blue Run Park where you can access the Rainbow River by Swampy's the restaurant via non-motorized boats. There are also hiking and biking trails close by as well. It is a beautiful newer home that is spacious but cozy. The backyard is fully fenced making it perfect for kids & dogs (w/ fee). Fast Xfinity internet. Great work from home location in a beautiful spot in the Nature Coast. Come check us out!

The house and property were lovely. House is very clean and we didn't need to bring a thing. A lot of thought and detail were evident. The large backyard was great for our dog, but the humans enjoyed it as well. Privacy to just sit in the sun and soak in the heat. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. The gas grill was heavily used during our stay. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of options to walk about, whether in the neighborhood or in the nearby nature walk.
Ryan was super when we ran into a couple of minor issues, which he immediately resolved. We were well cared for.
Would love to do it again!
