We loved both the property and the location. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend.The river view was absolutely beautiful. We saw otters swimming near the dock, and a friendly owl stopped by every day. It’s about a 3-hour paddle upriver to the head springs, or about 1.5 hours to KP Hole, followed by a relaxing float back to the property.We would absolutely love to come back.

This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin.

Beautiful home for couples right on Rainbow River! The property was clean and cutely decorated with plenty working amenities. The float down to Swampy's was about 4 hours. Would definitely recommend!
