Perfect location not far from the train station and the city centre but also away from the noise - overall, you could not ask for more regarding the location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good looking place and easy access to keys via the Trieste Reception point not far from the accommodation. Supermarket and bus station real close. TV with access to internet.

Kitchen and a washing maching were the two big reasons for why we chose this place. To save some money by cooking and to wash our clothes after a few days and before the next part of our trip was essential. However, there was no wash gel for the washing machine nor a place to dry the wet clothes, therefore it was basically useless. Same goes for the kitchen - the only tools were the very basic ones - bowls, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, cups, glasses, microwave, stove. Thats it, no other tool to make a more distinguished meal, no kettle nor a cloth to dry the dishes. Secondly, we had to buy the mosquito killing thing you put into the electric as in the first two days we killed over a dozen mosquitos and were bitten at least 30 times. And yes, we paid close attention to not turning the light on with windows open. We couldnt sleep as every 5 minutes you would hear a mosquite buzz around your head. After we bought the thing for 3 euros in a nearby shop, it got better, but still - equip the apartment with a mosquito net and you are gonna save your guests a lot of trouble. Additionaly, the floors were pretty dirty and if walked on barefoot or with your socks on, they would just get black real quick. 3 small rolls of toilet paper for a 4 days stay was not sufficient, we had to buy extra ourselves. Lastly, It was relatively damp in the apartment and after a while, our clothes started to smell a bit like the apartment - probably coming from what can be seen under the big glass floors. I feel like most of these problems are really easy to fix for the future and if it is fixed, I would give it a 10. Considering we were among the first to stay I am giving an 8, although it would probably deserve a 7 as of right now.

Excellent location and good comfy bed and good quality bathroom . V close to the Roman theatre and a few minutes walk from the many shops and restaurant . Excellent little supermarket v close by

Unfortunately there is a damp problem here ( suspect from the amazing ruins under the floor) and a musty smell. The floor needed better cleaning too. There was no WiFi although advertised as having it ( altered now)and kitchen utensils were sparse ! Nice kitchen though ! The staff were helpful and I did receive a small discount to compensate for lack of WiFi
