General feel of the place, spacious for two, shower is good, bed comfortable, kitchen ok - but see below, location good for us, host friendly and connected via WhatsApp so easy to communicate
Couldn't get aircon to work (that may have been us being a bit stupid)
No mosquito nets except bedroom French windows - and that was torn so not so good!
A bit more thought needed to kitchen layout and plugs - we had to move and reorganise stuff to give us any work surface
There is a bar to eat at, but bar is too high for the bar stools (or stools are too low for the bar) awkward...
There is a small low table too heavy even to move around easily and an uncomfortable sofa that slowly slides you to the floor. Host needs to put in some better furniture and sort the bar and kitchen eating/workspace.
Oh, and this is probably a Booking.com thing - apartment is advertised with a view of an historic monument - the old city wall gate. Alas, it is in the square on the other side of our building so we just looked out directly onto the (generally) quiet street...

The flat is very nice,clean, equipped with everything necessary to feel comfortable. The location is perfect to reach fast the city centre. There are parking options on the streets around. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this flat. Thank you, Graziano!

L'emplacement. Situé dans la vielle ville, très proche du centre ville, l'appartement est tout de même calme.
Graziano est un hôte très réactif. Il nous a donné de très bonnes adresses de restaurants. Il est très attentif au bon déroulement du séjour.
Je recommande fortement.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Betten gut.
Die Nähe zur Altstadt gut.
Insgesamt war uns die Unterkunft zu dunkel, sowohl von der Einrichtung, als auch vom Gesamteindruck. Vielleicht spielte auch das schlechte Wetter eine Rolle.
Es fehlte ein Küchenhandtuch.
Außerdem ist die Unterkunft für Menschen über 70, die nicht Berge besteigen, sehr beschwerlich, den täglichen Weg zur Wohnung zu erklimmen.
