The property (two bedroom, one bathroom/wc, kitchen and living room open plan all on one floor) is located right on the beach. You just walk out your yard and the sea is there a few meters from your doorstep. It is the perfect summer holiday bungalow for maximum four persons (there is a double bed in one bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. The beach is sparingly used and the sea is calm (there are breakwaters) and perfect for swimming. The outside space with loungers and a dining table is where we spent all our time. There is a shower outside for when you come back from your swim. The kitchen and shower are brand new as are all the furniture (beds included). It is at a small distance from the restaurants and bars and the supermarket. It helped that we had a car so we could go the the supermarket and restaurants in Polis Chrysochous which is less than 10 minutes away but the pedestrian pathway that stretches along the coast passes right in front of the yard and it is a 20 minute walk to Latsi harbour where there are small shops and restaurants.

We loved staying there. The only thing I believe needs improvement is the kitchen utensils - the housing is for four so there are four pieces of everything which means you need to wash up often and it becomes difficult when you have friends visiting for the day. Also it needs a few more things for those of us who actually want to cook - a basin for washing, a larger serving bowl. An air fryer would be very useful. But all this did not deter us from thoroughly enjoying our stay there
